Now, let me guess or let us test your understanding how to build wealth by answering the questions below:

1. Do you only need to have money investment to create a profit or to have a business?
2. Do you only need to be intelligent to become successful in business?
3. Do you only need a plan to make sure that you will be successful in business?
4. The measurement of my wealth is based on the money that I am making?


A typical Filipino would answer all the question with a big YES! Why? This is because, Filipinos were taught that kind of thinking or the much appropriate word is - programmed! Yes! most of us here, even you want to deny it or not, we are programmed. By whom? By our relatives, parents, teachers and the society that you only need money, intelligence, plan and big amount of money in order to be classified as rich!

But the truth is the above premises were only secondary. For at this moment we will discover that the ways and thoughts of the great tycoons and taipans in our country or in other country. We will be shocked that these people are far beyond from an average minded person.

Myth 1: YOU NEED MONEY TO MAKE A FORTUNE.

We all see big businesses of Henry Sy - from malls, banks and land development -but only few of people see how Henry had make a fortune. As you can see, Henry Sy is an average person who just driven by a desire - and that is to out grow Mercury Drugs at that moment of time. You knew the story that Henry Sy was once a person who seek for help to Mercury Drug to let his products be market in the said establishment in Avenida but the admins there prohibited it. But why did Mr. Sy would like to team up with Mercury Drug? Because of the idea that teaming up with establishments will make his products known or would be advertise in the establishment?

Does he need money to earn more? No! of course not, because he can team up with these folks and negotiate that this establishment can take a part of the income. But unfortunately, Mercury Drug refuse to deal with Henry Sy. That is the start of the drama. So now you see, that you don't need money to make a fortune what you need is a great idea that will surely blown your listeners' brain away.

Conclusion: YOU NEED AN IDEA FIRST HOW TO CREATE MORE PROFIT and MONEY IS SECONDARY!

So if you are going to ask me if "Would i become rich," I would answer to you that it is up to you and how great is your idea.
