6 Secrets of the Rich People

Since then I got curious on how people became rich and why they continue to grow their assets. The good news is that I got the chance to attend one of the seminar of a known speaker in my country. And he was able to share the idea of why a person become rich. That day he share the secrets behind how rich people think and act. He revealed the mindsets of the Rich which I will also share to you.

So basically there are 6 secrets to success. The lists are as follows:

1. Rich People Know the Reason Why They Do Things.

 - Basically, All people had reason why they act. This was reinforced by their subconscious mind which was built by traumatic experience - just a note, a traumatic experience a strong feeling or emotion given to that situation and it is not limited to negative emotions, it also encompasses positive emotions such as enthusiasm, passion or the like. An average people might think that an entrepreneur or businessman just want to have a lots of money but the truth is they think of ways on how to serve many people by means of their product, service or schemes in order to improve their product and service or make a business system that will reach many customer as possible. If you would interview a businessman or an entrepreneur and ask them why they do things the first and basic answer you will get is "I just want to provide service / product that will help my fellowmen to address their problems in...". This only means that they do things because it is a must for them to think a solution to a certain problem and act on it. The money they get is only the result or rather the effect of the intention (why) why they continue to provide and find ways to serve many people.

2. They know that Success in Business is a collaboration of 6 factors.

- We all know that success or becoming rich is not an overnight process. It is collaboration of 6 factors .

• One factor to consider is your Core Genius. Your business must have a touch of what you really like to do. Why? If you love what you are doing and you know that you are genius in that area, the struggles that you will face in your journey towards your success in business will not matter.  In the end , you will conquer it all (that is a mathematical fact).
• The Second One to consider is , Time. Time is also one of the six factors to be considered in order to be rich. We are all created by God equally, he had given as "equal" problem in accordance to how great we are, opportunity in accordance to what we want to be, talent in order to enhance and improve on so that we can be in competitive and most of all is time. You know the fact that everyone of us only have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but why does we don't equally share same amount of money in the bank or assets that we have? It is because God give us freewill and entrusted us this 24 hours. You are the manager of your own time. Maybe you may disagree because you may say that it is not true, because in your experience your boss takes 8 hours of your time every weekdays. Again, I will say that it is not your boss' fault. You are the one who signed the contract and decided to work in that company. Now if you are that kind of people who is not happy in what you are doing you may consider looking your core genius.
• Third Factor to Consider is, Effort. Effort is necessary to become rich. It is impossible to be rich without effort. I never known a person or read an autobiography that he became rich without giving any effort. Even if he/she just won in a lottery. Why? He or she can not with the lottery without giving an effort to pay for his bet numbers in the lottery stall.
• The Fourth in the list is, Attitude. We have a saying that "Your altitude depends on your attitude". To get well in life - financially, relational, emotional, or spiritual - you must have a good perspectives in every situation. This fourth factor is responsible for pursuing the chosen path of entrepreneurship.
• Next to our list is, Skill. If Effort is one of the essential factors to be considered it would be useless if you are not skillful. Skills are the ones that makes the cycle of business running. You need to have entrepreneurial skills in order to become rich. You may read here what are those skills that an entrepreneur needs.
• The Last factor to be considered is, Teamwork. I know you are familiar that without a team, greatness is impossible. Yes! You need people or an organization to run a business. You may have the knowledge or the appropriate skills needed in the business but you are limited with your time. That is why, you must consider to have a team that you can delegate on or you can be entrusted with other things that matter in the business. Teamwork is also an application of Law of Leverage (Natural Law in order to be rich) which will help you grow the business and become rich in the industry you had chosen.

3. They know the Reality or the Problem at hand, but they also know that they are capable of solving it and adapt to a certain situation.

- The Reality is only 97% of the world population consider to live in mediocre lives and worst are categorized poor. This means that the there are only 3% of the population understands how money works. Why is that so? Because they don't find time to be wealthy or to solve their problem. They became slaves of the system. You may consider reading this article to know your enemies in getting rich and building your fortune. This is the third (3) secret and the reason why modern businessmen are called entrepreneurs. You want to become rich? Be a problem solver and offer the product or service to other people in order to help them.

4. They understand the advantage of being an Entrepreneur or having a rich mindset.

- I know most of - if not all - the people want to be rich. Any person on the planet wants to be rich. An entrepreneur experienced what most people don't have - time and financial freedom. All people want freedom from bondage of being busy on a job rather than his / her family and living in day to day basis in the wages he gets to his employer. Aside from the time and financial freedom advantage that the entrepreneur has, he also commissioned himself to make world better by continuously innovating his / her ideas. She / he continue to develop herself / himself essential qualities while continuing the endeavor to make the world better - to make things more comfortable which adds quality living to one person.

5. They know how to listen and learn from their own mistakes and as well as other people mistakes.

- Yes! Rich People are those are not afraid of risk and failures. They value failure as learning experience, a stepping stone and just a delayed success. They know that if they continue to act their thoughts they will succeed! This was been more emphasized to the true story which I entitled 3 feet from the Gold. They are the kind of people who love to listen to ideas and a consistent learner of life. They know that adaptation is a must if you want to be rich. They understand that Change is the only Constant in this World. 

6. They always have a secret weapon or secret ingredient to become successful.

- Wanna know that secret weapon or secret ingredient in order to be successful? That is theirselves. Yes! An entrepreneur or any aspiring entrepreneurs out there know they are the ones who must take the initiative and action in order to be rich or successful.
